the Hidden Fist Uk Association is Run by Veteran Instructor Mitch Gooch, mitch has dedicated his spare time to volunteering as a instructor of freestyle kung fu, self defence and adapted martial arts at his inclusive martial arts academy now located on the bransholme estate in Hull. near the north point centre.

our veteran instructor began his career back in 1996 as a able bodied instructor of Ryu Karate, Buninjitsukan and Sacred Fist Self Defence. Much of mitch's experiences in martial arts stem from his early years of learning both judo and takwondo has a young child growing up. Then in 2004 after he became an wheelchair user mitch made his return to martial arts training.  it was over many years of self discipline and training that mitch qualified has a instructor after he returned to training mitch began to teach kung fu as a wheelchair user in 2011.

since then he has spent the last 13 years teaching non disabled and disabled students from all walks of life in north lincolnshire and east yorkshire the art of kung fu, 'at his new location at thealf marshall community centre in bransholme.​

to begin your training with him join him at the alf marshall community centre every thursday night for a 1 hour 30 minutes training session every week.  disabled students are welcome as we have adapted our syllabus to suit the student not the art.

I also teach students both adults and juniors with hidden dissabilities and those who wish to train along side me to who have no disability issues.  We welcome all who wish to learn this martial arts system.
